A fast-growing fintech organization is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to join their Toronto-based team (fully onsite, 5 days/week).

This full-time opportunity focuses on building and scaling next-generation AI systems.

**Required Skills & Experience**
5+ years of professional software experience
Strong Python expertise across backend services
Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and agent patterns (RAG, React)
Proven experience deploying scalable systems in cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
**Desired Skills & Experience**
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Experience with workflow orchestration tools (Temporal, Airflow, Prefect)
Familiarity with AI interface platforms and model serving frameworks
