This is not a “show up and roll paint” kind of job.

We’re building a tight, high-performing painting crew for a growing residential painting business, and we’re looking for people who take pride in quality work, show up prepared, and want to be part of something that runs professionally and efficiently .

I’m a 4th year University of Guelph attendee running and scaling this operation locally, and I’m looking for painters who treat the job like a craft - not a side task.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Interior and exterior residential painting projects
- Surface prep, masking, sanding, patching, and cleanup
- Applying paint with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Working on-site with a small team while being accountable for results
- Communicating professionally with homeowners when needed
- Following clear systems and quality standards on every job

You’ll be trusted to do real work and expected to do it well.
