In this role, you will support clinical procedures, assist the dentist during treatments, and help deliver an exceptional patient experience in a modern, fully digital dental practice. You will be working alongside a very funny, jovial dentist as the second assistant supporting two operatories. To help maintain efficiency and smooth patient flow, we also have a dedicated sterilization technician on-site at all times.

What You'll Do

As a Dental Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting both the clinical team and patient experience. This position will have a strong focus on sterilization and supporting the hygiene team to ensure a smooth and efficient schedule.

Responsibilities include:

- Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensuring instruments and materials are ready
- Taking and processing dental radiographs
- Supporting digital charting and documentation
- Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure instruments are properly cleaned, organized, and available
- Provide chairside and general support to hygienists to help maintain on-time patient flow
- Helping maintain efficient clinical flow between operatories
- Providing patients with clear instructions and support during their visit
- Contributing to a positive, organized, and team-focused workplace

You are a certified Dental Assistant who is positive, organized, and reliable, and you enjoy working in a busy clinical environment. You take pride in supporting your team and helping create an excellent experience for every patient who walks through the door.
