In this role, you will assess and support patients using evidence-based practices, providing coordinated nursing care in collaboration with an interprofessional team. Your knowledge of mental health and substance use treatment will play an essential role in promoting recovery-oriented care for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and manage clients’ mental health care needs
- Create rehabilitative care plans with interdisciplinary teams
- Deliver group and supportive counselling sessions
- Provide training on life skills relevant to recovery
- Advocate for clients' rights and wellbeing

Requirements:

- Graduation from a recognized School of Nursing
- One-year recent mental health experience preferred
- Current registration with BCCNM
- Understanding of recovery-oriented approaches
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
