We invite experienced nurses to provide critical nursing care at our Level One Trauma Centre in Recent Westminster, B.C. This role requires a critical care background, with a mandatory completion of a Critical Care Level 2 course and cardiac surgery experience.

Experience effective communication and teamwork while managing complex patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions
- Gather patient information through direct assessment
- Maintain accurate patient care documentation
- Communicate care plans to patients and healthcare teams
- Ensure patient rights and safety protocols are followed

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse with active registration from BCCNM
- Critical Care Level 2 certification required
- One year of recent cardiac surgery experience
- Strong written and spoken communication abilities
- Ability to perform physical job duties
