Voyago is currently recruiting to fill an existing vacancy for School Bus Drivers for our Ottawa locations. (Stittsville, Dunrobin, Kanata, Barrhaven, Nepean and west end of Ottawa)

This is a split shift (2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon) so being close to our school coverage area is essential.

Your role:

- Safely transport school students – our “most precious cargo” – to and from school
- Ensure students’ safety while boarding and exiting the bus
- Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections to ensure optimal vehicle safety
- Help fuel and maintain the cleanliness of the bus

Your profile:

- Safety focused
- Hold a valid minimum full Ontario G class driver’s licence (preference for B class drivers)
- Age 21 or over
- Clean driving record and possession of a criminal record search with vulnerable sector screening
- Sound knowledge of the Ottawa West region and surrounding areas
- Ability to work independently
- Available for required split shifts of 4–5 hours total, Monday–Friday between 6:30 am–9:30 am and 1:30 pm–5 pm
- Solid communication skills; pre‑hire driving skills and radio communication assessment may be required

Compensation and benefits:

- Competitive hourly driving rate of $23.00 per hour
- $2,000 retention bonus for qualifying drivers
- Compensation for a minimum of 4‑hour daily split if both morning and afternoon shifts are taken for a full route
