As part of the dynamic team, you will assist the Active Living Manager in delivering valuable programs tailored to residents' needs and interests. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining records and facilitating outings, all while promoting communication and community spirit among seniors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing recreational activities
- Maintain comprehensive records of program participation
- Facilitate transportation for resident outings
- Communicate effectively with residents and other departments
- Support meal service during activities as needed
Requirements:
- Diploma in Recreation, Gerontology, or equivalent
- Valid driver's license for passenger transport
- Experience working with elderly populations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Willingness to complete Vulnerable Sector Check
