Summary The Assistant Sales Director for Men's Fashion supports the Sales Director by supervising and coaching sales advisors to achieve the highest luxury service and sales standards. This role leads the sales floor, drives team development and customer relationships, and assists with operational oversight and implementation of sales programs. The position also contributes to recruitment, training, merchandising standards, and resolving customer issues.

Responsibilities - Supervise the sales floor and spend the majority of time leading on the selling floor - Mentor and train sales advisors to maintain luxury service standards and meet sales targets - Assist with recruitment,



selection and onboarding of sales advisors - Resolve customer issues and elevate to the Sales Director as needed - Recommend improvements to sales and service standards and help implement sales tools and programs - Assign tasks and provide performance feedback, participate in evaluations and improvement plans - Provide feedback on stock performance, merchandising presentation and customer trends - Maintain high standards of visual presentation and operational awareness with concession partners Requirements - 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience with responsibility for sales and service - Proven record of exceeding sales and profit targets, preferably in a luxury retail setting - Confident and effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills - Fluent in French and English - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with change
