Pentco Industries Jasper Alberta Outside Sales Representative Pentco Industries Inc. is a leader in the kitchen cabinet door industry, providing laminate, melamine, thermofoil, and painted doors to the single and multifamily market. We operate from an 88,000 square foot facility and have been in business since 1979. We are hiring a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our business on the West Coast.

Salary and Benefits

$70,000–$80,000 per year plus commission.

Benefits include vision care, dental care, and extended health care.

Responsibilities - Call on existing accounts and prospect new accounts.

- Maintain an accurate database and provide insight on market trends, competitive pricing, and new product opportunities.
- Develop strong qualified relationships with key decision makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical expertise as needed.
- Make a minimum of 4 calls per day and follow up with emails after each call.
- Determine market share by customer and product type.
- Maintain a current customer database and track project status to ensure material availability.
- Complete a monthly call/mileage report detailing each call and distance travelled.




- Participate in sales meetings and prepare as required by management.
- Meet and exceed sales goals established by management.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to promote efficiency and improvement.
- Maintain a vehicle that is in good running order and presentable to customers.
- Travel 30% of the time and attend trade shows as requested by management.

Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the building products industry.

- College or community degree preferred; 5 years of industry experience is a plus.
- Self‑driven, motivated, and results‑oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with coworkers and management.
- Ability to work independently with dependable attendance.

Operating Principles

Employees are expected to work as a team player, provide high‑level customer service, maintain a positive image, and develop collaborative relationships across divisions.

Work Location & Schedule Location: Jasper, Alberta (West Coast coverage).

Schedule: 8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday.
