As a Regional Practice Leader, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance care quality throughout Interior Health.
Your role will encompass leading clinical projects, managing budgets, and fostering a culture of excellence and safety within the organization. Strong project management and change management skills are essential for success. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and evaluation of authority-wide clinical practices
- Monitor emerging practice trends and implement strategic responses
- Engage in cooperative decision-making with clinical staff and resources
- Develop budgets and monitor expenditures for projects
- Support research and quality improvement activities Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Allied Health; Master’s required
- Minimum seven years clinical experience; three in management
- Active regulatory college membership
- Strong project and change management skills
