Shift Supervisor / Night Owl ( Service Champion) - Shell Gas Station Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Gas Station Attendant to join our team. As a Gas Station Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist customers with fueling their vehicles and provide information on available services - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station, including restrooms, fuel pumps, and store area - Monitor fuel levels and restock merchandise as needed - Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning windows, sweeping floors, and emptying trash bins - Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all times - Able to do general physical work such as cleaning pumps, cleaning the car wash bay, pressure wash forecourt and pump area. -Able to shovel snow and salt the store front, pump area, fuel area, and car wash entrances as well as exits - Must Follow Shell Standards for all aspects of the job - Reports to Manager * Perks of night shift : - Doors are closed during lockdown hours. - Service is provided through Service window during lockdown hours. - You work by yourself and are responsible for your duties. Requirements:



- Fluent in English with good verbal communication skills - Basic math skills for cash handling - Experience in technical sales or customer service is a plus - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Robust ability to sell products and upsell to customers - Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices - Highly organized with attention to detail - Must complete online and on-site training - Standing for long durations 6- 8 hours - Basic ergonomic activities like bending, carrying, twisting and turning - Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's License ( PLEASE DO NOT APPPY IF YOU DO NOT DRIVE) - Must be able to carry up to 20-40 lbs - Must know how to maneuver a dolly or utility cart. - Must be capable to work alone Education: · Secondary (high) school diploma Experience: · Previous gas station experience is an asset and will be given priority. . Previous customer service experience needed IF you do not have experience , TRAINING is provided under particular conditons laid down by the company.
