We are hiring for a Part Time accountant with our reputable well established Engineering Support Company located in Howden Road Scarborough. Required work hours per week is 16 hours adaptable times. The functions you must be able to perform are: 1. Full cycle accounting 2. Payroll for small team of about 10 3.Invoicing using Quickbooks 4. Accounts payables, Accounts receivables 5. ALL CRA MATTERS- Payroll deductions, HST Filings, Corporate Taxes 6. WSIB CERTIFICATES AND PAYMENTS 7. Prepare Fiscal year taxes for audit 8. Bank reconciliations You must have minimum of 8 years Canadian experience as an independent Full cycle accountant. You will be required to demonstrate that you have the capabilities to perform all of the above functions before you are hired. All references will be checked.
