Flooring Installer Apprentice Wanted – Full-Time I’m a Red Seal Certified Flooring Installer with 25 years of experience installing all types of residential flooring (excluding ceramic tile). I’m looking for a dependable apprentice who wants to learn the trade and build a long-term career. About 85% of our work is in Winnipeg and the surrounding areas. Position Details * Full-time * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM * Occasional overtime and weekend work may be available Starting Wage * Minimum wage to $20.00/hour, depending on previous experience. * Wage increases are based on performance, dependability, work ethic, and willingness to learn. Requirements * Reliable transportation to and from various job sites in and around Winnipeg. * Basic knowledge of construction or the trades. * Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. * Clean, professional appearance and positive personal hygiene. * Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently when required. * Comfortable being left alone on a job site to complete assigned tasks. * Able to pick up materials using the company truck when needed.
* Valid driver’s licence is preferred. * Must be physically fit and able to lift at least 50 lbs, work on your knees for extended periods, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the day.
