J & G Wilson Farms is a multi-generation grain farm located near Rathwell MB. We are a progressive operation, using modern technology and equipment, producing corn, edible beans, sunflowers, and cereal crops. We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented individual to join our team for harvest, or as a full-time general farm laborer/equipment operator. Qualifications: • Ideally 3-5 years of production agriculture experience, but would train the right applicant. • Class 5 drivers license required. Class 1 would be a major asset. • Mechanic background would be a major asset. • Willing to work long hours during fall/spring seasons. Outside of those seasons the hours are more standard and flexible. • Post-secondary education in an agricultural or mechanical field is an asset but not required. • Ability to work, communicate, and problem-solve. • Driven personality, positive attitude, with desire to succeed as a team.
