This role involves physical, repetitive tasks and requires reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities Planting, pruning, clipping, and general crop maintenance Harvesting and packing produce according to quality standards Monitoring plant health and reporting concerns to supervisors Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment Following all workplace policies, safety procedures,
