Archibald Builder Group is seeking Carpenters and Apprentice Carpenters for current and upcoming projects. Responsibilities Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute precise carpentry work. Construct, install, and repair frameworks such as walls, floors, ceilings, and roofing using hand tools and power tools. Perform concrete forming and rebar installation for foundations and structural elements. Install cabinetry, flooring, tiles, siding, and other finishing components with attention to detail. Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged woodwork and structures. Measure accurately and cut materials to specifications using saws, drills, and other woodworking tools. Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in carpentry or related construction fields with a solid understanding of woodworking techniques. Ability to read blueprints, schematics,



and technical drawings confidently. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment. Knowledge of construction estimating processes and material calculations. Experience with masonry, roofing, siding installation, plumbing, electrical work, or manufacturing is a plus. Familiarity with concrete forming, rebar installation, tile laying, flooring installation, caulking, drywall finishing, and construction painting. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to project needs; handyman experience is advantageous. Physical stamina for extended periods of standing, bending, lifting heavy materials safely, and working at heights when necessary.
