Auto Parts Authority located in South Edmonton is currently looking for a Junior Auto Parts Counter Person (in training) Training will be provided, if you are an enthusiastic and customer-oriented team player with knowledge of automotive aftermarket parts, this could be the role for you. • AUTOMOTIVE OR AUTOMOTIVE PARTS KNOWLEDGE *AN ASSET BUT NOT A MUST • WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE. Role and responsibilities: · Delivering a high level of customer service. · Interact, respond and follow up with customers on a daily basis, promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner · Sell a diversified line of products via phone and over-the-counter · Processing customer orders through the computer system, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery · Utilizing the computer system to look up the correct parts for repairs. · Ensuring customers parts orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely and efficient manner. · Effectively communicating product features, advantages and warranty policy information to customers. · Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude. · Work effectively as part of the team.



· Adhering to company policies and procedures. · Maintain a well-rounded knowledge of products sold · Other related duties may include delivering parts orders to wholesale customers · Invoice an average of 20-40 orders/day · Work days Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM . Every Second Saturday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Preferred Education & Qualifications: · Background/knowledge of automotive aftermarket parts preferred · Exceptional customer service and communication skills · A strong desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork · Ability to learn various computer programs · Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment · Excellent verbal, written and effective listening skills · Experience working under pressure and setting priorities · Computer experience We offer competitive wages and complete with benefits. 100% Medical and Dental (Advantages in place after probationary period) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From $18.00 per hour
