We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and hard-working Contractor’s Assistant based in Mississauga or surrounding GTA areas to join us. You will be working directly alongside the owner on daily job sites and local marketing routes, handling a mix of flyer distribution, setup, and general property maintenance. ​Job Details ​Location: Serving Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, and nearby GTA neighborhoods (meet daily at our Mississauga dispatch point). ​Position: Full-Time / Part-Time Assistant ​Key Responsibilities ​Marketing & Flyer Distribution: Assisting with door-to-door promotion, hanging door flyers, and distributing marketing materials across target Mississauga and GTA neighborhoods. ​Job Site Setup & Support: Loading/unloading the work truck, lifting and setting up ladders, carrying tools, and keeping job sites organized. ​Hands-On Trade Assistance: Assisting with local property services, including: ​Roof shingle repairs & eavestrough cleaning ​Small masonry repairs & tuckpointing ​General residential property maintenance ​Requirements ​Comfortable with Heights:
