Manulife is seeking an experienced Senior Release Train Engineer (RTE) to manage cross-functional agile initiatives. This role involves partnering with business and technology leaders, guiding teams towards high-quality delivery, and fostering collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead planning and delivery across multiple agile teams
- Maintain program roadmaps and risk management plans
- Coordinate application releases with executive-level status updates




- Coach Scrum Masters and Project Managers for team success
- Drive continuous improvement across teams and programs

Requirements:

- 5+ years as a Release Train Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Protected
- Proven experience managing multi-team dependencies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in financial or regulated industries preferred
