In this pivotal role, the Executive Director reports to the COO and manages overall leadership across clinical collaboration, operational strategies, and community engagement. You will implement effective practices that ensure protected, trauma-informed recovery services while promoting staff well-being and continuous cultural improvement within ROSC Solutions Group.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide executive leadership aligning with RSG's mission and values
- Develop site-level strategies focusing on measurable outcomes




- Collaborate with clinical teams for high-quality recovery programs

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of leadership in addiction or community services
- Experience with Therapeutic Community model
- Strong operational and people management skills
- Willingness to travel to RSG sites
