This role focuses on Workday configuration, security administration, and operational support, ensuring global people programs are delivered reliably and at scale. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain, configure, and optimize Workday HCM for a global employee populationOwn day-to-day Workday production support, including issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolutionPartner with People Experience, Payroll, Finance, Total Rewards, and IT teams to deliver configuration updates and break-fix supportAdminister and maintain Workday security roles proactively and upon requestResearch, identify, and resolve complex Workday issues, unexpected results, and process gapsPerform and audit complex data uploads using Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs)Support annual and off-cycle people events, including performance reviews, merit cycles, bonus processing, and job structure changesMonitor Workday system performance and recommend improvements for operational efficiencySupport Workday releases, enhancements, and system upgradesParticipate actively in user acceptance testing, documentation, and release validationProvide guidance and support to end users on Workday-related questions and issuesStay current with Workday features and industry trends through Workday Community, training, and forums Must-Have SkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent preferredStrong hands-on Workday configuration experience within Workday HCMSolid experience with Workday Compensation configuration and supportProven expertise in Workday Security administration3+ years of direct HRIS and Workday experienceExperience across two or more Workday functional areas such as HCM, Security,
