LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter for our Nashville -based client. This is a temporary assignment for a quickly growing organization, where you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet company standards.
Type: Temporary (2 months)
Compensation: $24-$29 per hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various customer service positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Leverage recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings
- Build and maintain robust relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensure all necessary documentation and background checks are completed
- Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to effectively attract top talent
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of effective recruitment strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Workday and other recruitment software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
