Your impact includes implementing Hu Program elements, leading training sessions, and ensuring adherence to safety practices among teams. You'll analyze data, support learning initiatives, and collaborate with supervisors and workers to foster a culture of safety and accountability on-site.

• Implement Human Performance and Nuclear Safety Culture elements
• Facilitate training and consistent safety messaging
• Analyze data from observations and trends




• Support project teams with field observation techniques
• Guide the development of Crew Learning Briefs
Requirements:
• Technical degree in safety, engineering, or related field
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of Nuclear regulations and safety documents
• Experience with HOP in nuclear environments
• Ability to adapt to varied work settings
