In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and optimal performance of production equipment and facility systems. You will play a key part in minimizing downtime through effective troubleshooting, timely repairs, and proactive maintenance.Key Responsibilities- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery, equipment, and facility systems.- Execute work orders efficiently,



prioritizing critical maintenance tasks to support continuous operations.- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on related industrial and mechanical equipment.- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers on complex maintenance and repair activities.- Reduce operational disruptions through effective problem-solving and repair planning.- Communicate maintenance updates, issues, and project progress clearly with leadership.- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support additional maintenance projects as needed.Qualifications & Requirements- Valid Red Seal Certification (433A Millwright) REQUIRED- Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing setting REQUIRED- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities across mechanical and electrical systems.- Working knowledge of carpentry, electrical systems, HVAC, and plumbing.- Basic knowledge of PLC / controls troubleshooting preferred (Siemens / Rockwell Automation / Allen Bradley / Mitsubishi Electric / Schneider Electric) preferred- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive, with a solution-oriented mindset.
