As an RPN at SOAR Community Services, you will engage in comprehensive nursing duties, providing care and conducting assessments in a withdrawal management context. You will work closely with other healthcare providers to ensure high-quality care and assist in medication reconciliation and discharge planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a treatment setting
• Conduct in-person and telephone client screenings
• Administer medications accurately and document care
• Monitor patient withdrawal symptoms and needs
• Collaborate with internal and external healthcare teams
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse Diploma recognized by CNO
• Clinical experience in mental health or addictions
• CNO Standards of Practice knowledge
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience handling trauma exposure
