As part of the Quality Team, the Quality Technician will be responsible for monitoring the production environment and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Engage in various testing methods, including analytical and microbiological assessments of products. This role features shifts from either 6am-2pm or 8am-4pm, subject to production demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct analytical and microbiological tests on products
• Monitor raw milk quality for compliance
• Assist in the rollout of current standard practices
• Execute Environmental Monitoring and Water Quality programs
• Assess shelf-life through product evaluations
Requirements:
• College diploma or university degree in Food Science
• 2-3 years of relevant lab experience
• Knowledge of dairy product testing
• Skills in using Microsoft Office and SAP
• Awareness of HACCP and GMP policies
