GMP cosmetics, unionized teams, rigorous processes, and real challenges. Mission YOUR ROLE: You will be responsible for quality assurance at the heart of production. This is an on-site role: you will be in the laboratory and on the production floor, not behind a desk. Specifically, you will: Oversee daily quality control and laboratory activities Lead and motivate a team Act as a strategic bridge between Production, Quality Assurance, and R&D Manage compliance with GMP, HACCP, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with meticulous attention to detail Ensure quality and traceability across multiple production lines Your profile Experience :



- 3 to 5 years in Quality Control or Quality Assurance - Priority: GMP cosmetics - Open to: Food & Beverage or Pharmaceutical (if adaptable) Technical Skills : - Robust knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and quality documentation - Precision with SOPs and traceability - Comfortable in unionized and regulated environments Behavioral Strengths : - Natural leadership: inspire a unionized team through influence and communication - Operational presence: active in lab and on the floor - Cross-functional communication: bridge Production, QA, and R&D - Adaptability: dynamic environment, small batches, high throughput Language : - French: fluent or native (required - fully French-speaking environment) - English: not required Growth potential : - Capability to step into a director-level role within 2-3 years WORKING CONDITIONS Compensation & Benefits : - Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 (based on experience) - Performance bonus: 5 % - Hours: 37.5 hours/week, 5 days on-site - Shifts: 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm (flexible) Other openings that may pick your interest
