Nuo Auto Inc.is looking for an Automobile Damage Repair Estimator join our team. This is a full-time permanent offer. The offered hourly wage is 28.25 CAD per hour and you are expected to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days a week). Overtime pay will be calculated after working 8 hours each day and 40 hours each week.

Your main duties

- Examine vehicles to identify collision or structural damage and determine appropriate repair requirements.
- Prepare repair estimates and written reports outlining the scope of work, parts required, and projected costs.
- Coordinate repair activities with body shop technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and according to specifications.
- Communicate with customers regarding repair options, timelines, and cost estimates, and address inquiries throughout the repair process.




- Work with insurance companies to process claims, provide documentation, and obtain repair approvals when required.
- Source and order necessary automotive parts and materials for repair work.
- Maintain detailed records of repair estimates, work orders, and customer authorizations.
- Inspect completed repairs to ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations are met.

Requirements

- Education: Completion of secondary school
- Experience: 2-3 Years of relevant work experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Robust communication and customer service skills
