Operations Manager — cSPACE ProjectscSPACE Projects is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead facility operations, administrative systems, tenant and lease administration, and operational readiness for cSPACE MARDA LOOP.This is an upper-level management role within a small and entrepreneurial social-purpose organization. It is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on: a solid systems thinker who can lead day-to-day operations while helping shape the systems, standards, and leadership capacity needed for cSPACE’s continued growth across multiple hubs and future facilities.We are looking for a strong operational leader, systems thinker, and relationship builder who is adaptable, dynamic, friendly, and community-focused. The ideal candidate brings ambitious mid-career to senior-level experience in facility operations, project coordination, administration, and service delivery, and can work both independently and collaboratively in a hands-on environment.The Operations Manager will oversee maintenance, compliance, office systems, bookkeeping coordination, vendor relationships, security, IT systems, and site operations. The role also supports special projects and portfolio growth through internal project management and owner’s representative coordination for facility upgrades, public art and community-engagement installations, meanwhile-use initiatives,
