As a Project Manager, you will assist in the development and build of remarkable buildings, fostering enduring relationships with our people, partners, and clients while maintaining the Broccolini core values, Pride and Passion, Collaboration, Integrity, and Entrepreneurial Spirit.Vacancy Status: Future Opportunity (24 Month Contract)What you will do as a Project Manager:The Project Manager is responsible for the successful completion and delivery of construction projects through complete contract managementThey will plan, organize, direct and manage all facets of construction projects and ensure pre-established costs, schedule and scope objectives are achievedParticipate in creating the project budget, manage monthly progress, approve billings, produce monthly project reportingProject planning with Superintendent, prepare preliminary schedule, identify scheduling risks,
