What is the opportunity?We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Manager, Portfolio & Planning to support the financial and operational management of the WM Digital Portfolio. This role plays a critical part in ensuring effective planning, prioritization, and governance of initiatives while providing transparency into financial performance and resource allocation.What will you do?Lead the development and maintenance of the WM Digital portfolio roadmap, aligning initiatives with business goals and client needs.Facilitate planning sessions, including quarterly business reviews and annual strategic planning.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and RBC’s risk management framework.Monitor portfolio performance, including financials, resource capacity, and delivery health.Partner with central finance to ensure accurate reporting, reconciliation, and transparency.Manage invoice processing and submission to accounts payable, ensuring accurate coding, budget alignment, and adherence to financial controls.Drive continuous improvement in portfolio management processes and tools.What do you need to succeed?An open and flexible approach to teamwork.Critical thinking and strategic mindset.Curiosity and the confidence to ask critical questions.Must haves5+ years of experience in portfolio management, financial planning,
