As an JPC Support Engineer, you will support application deployments, application management, automation, and systems integration. The candidate will support proprietary and third-party applications, file/data transfers, printing, and other processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities for this position will include:Provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or technical questions; train end users and technical support staff as requiredScripting with PowerShell and BASHDatabase configuration and support SQL, OracleWork with reports, Crystal reports and ExcelEvaluate, install, and configure computer software and applicationsMonitoring application system performance and troubleshooting issuesSet up accounts and workstationsUpgrade proprietary applications with new releases and modelsEvaluate and prioritize customer support casesProduce reports and analysis on data within at the request of the employer and/or the client both independently and/or with Engineering, when neededTrack work items and report to management on progress and/or risksWork with all internal groups, including support,
