Aggarwal Sweets is an established restaurant specializing in authentic Indian cuisine, serving a high volume of customers in a fast‑paced environment. The business operates with multiple kitchen staff and requires structured leadership to ensure consistent food quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with food safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

- Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
- Operate a Tandoor (clay oven)
- Prepare various breads, vegetarian and non‑vegetarian items in the tandoor
- Know exact cooking times for all items
- Oversee kitchen operations to ensure smooth running
- Clean kitchen and work area as required
- Plan menus per client’s requirement and restaurant demand
- Determine food portions for all dishes
- Introduce new dishes
- Estimate food requirements and costs and monitor and order supplies
- Train kitchen staff




- Specialize in preparing and cooking ethnic cuisine and special dishes
- Work with minimal or no supervision
- Prepare all different types of Indian dishes served on our menu

Job Requirements

- Languages: English
- Education: High school graduate not required but an asset
- Experience: 1‑2 years
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast‑paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail
- Personal Suitability: Organized, effective interpersonal skills, judgment, team player
