This role plays a key part in driving projects forward by coordinating people, processes, and information to ensure milestones are achieved, risks are managed, and work is completed on time. ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of business process change projectsMonitor progress against milestones and budgets to ensure timely, on-target deliveryMaintain detailed project plans, risk registers, action logs, and communication plansCoordinate team activities, resources, and schedules to meet project objectivesSupport project reporting, including status updates and post-implementation reviewsFacilitate meetings, ensure effective communication,
