[email protected] Forum Art Centre is seeking a dynamic and community‑minded Executive Director to lead one of Winnipeg’s long‑standing, non‑profit art education organizations. This is a unique chance for a leader who is passionate about the arts, community engagement, and organizational sustainability.Founded in 1964, the Forum Art Centre is a registered charity that provides accessible, high‑quality visual arts programming to people of all ages and skill levels. We are a small but vibrant organization with a dedicated board, a committed team, and a strong connection to the local arts community.ABOUT THE ROLE:The Executive Director is responsible to lead and manage the Forum Art Centre and work closely with the Board of Directors to advance the organization’s mission, strengthen operations, and support future growth. This is a hands‑on role in an organization, combining strategic leadership with day‑to‑day operational involvement.ELIGIBILITY:As a small team, the ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, productive and self‑directed leader able to work cooperatively with others. The Executive Director leads the Programming & Facility Manager and the Marketing & Outreach Coordinator together to support Forum Art Centre’s aims and objectives.QUALIFICATIONS:Through ongoing strategic planning, the Executive Director leads and develops the Vision, Mission and Mandate, which focuses on:Diversity, Inclusion and Reconciliation (ensuring FAC reflects and serves the full diversity of the community)Creative Growth and Community Well‑Being (Deliver inspiring, relevant, and high‑quality creative learning experiences)Accessibility (Reduce physical, financial,
