Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst – Financial Services Location: Toronto, ON (3x onsite a week) Employment Type: Contract Pay Rate: CAD$45 - $55/HR INC Job Description We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong Financial Services domain knowledge. The role involves acting as the functional bridge between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions. Key Responsibilities Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather and refine requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to design Salesforce solutions using custom objects, flows, and reports. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing. Track defects and issues using Jira and ensure timely resolution.



Document issues and support release readiness and production stability. Develop training materials and support end-user adoption. Required Skills Salesforce Business Analyst experience. Strong Financial Services domain knowledge. Experience with Salesforce configuration including custom objects, flows, and reports. Hands-on experience with UAT, regression testing, and defect management. Robust stakeholder communication and requirement documentation skills. Nice-to-Have Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) certification.
