OverviewRole focused on supporting storage infrastructure operations, including file and block storage management, SAN activities, replication, and documentation. Collaboration with senior team members to build technical expertise.ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day operations of file storage services, including creation and management of file systems and shares (SMB/NFS).Basic quota configuration and capacity monitoring.Assist in block storage management, including creation and modification of LUNs under supervision.Support LUN masking and host presentation activities.Participate in SAN operations, such as assisting with zoning tasks (FC / iSCSI)
and supporting connectivity and troubleshooting activities.Assist in configuring and monitoring replication mechanisms; gain understanding of synchronous and asynchronous replication.Perform first-level troubleshooting of storage incidents.Execute operational procedures following documented standards.Maintain and update technical documentation.Work closely with senior team members to build technical expertise.Required Skills & ExperienceBasic knowledge of storage concepts (file vs block storage).Familiarity with SMB/NFS.LUN concepts and multipathing.SAN fundamentals (FC and/or iSCSI).Interest in enterprise storage technologies and infrastructure.Strong willingness to learn and grow technically.Positive teamwork and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExposure to Dell Technologies or HPE storage platforms.Basic knowledge of Linux and/or Windows systems.Familiarity with virtualization platforms (e.G.
