In this position, you will manage daily operations, respond to emergencies, and ensure tenant satisfaction across our rental properties. You must be available for on-call duties outside regular hours, showcasing your versatility in handling cleaning and maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure health, comfort, and safety of residents
• Perform scheduled office hours and on-call duties
• Show suites and handle rental inquiries promptly




• Collect rent and monitor payment defaults
• Conduct annual suite inspections and complete necessary administration
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience preferred
• Post-secondary education is an asset
• Competency in web-based programs required
• Flexible schedule for on-call readiness
• Robust problem-solving and organizational skills
