How does the role impact the organization?

The Registered Plans Associate plays a critical role in supporting the administration and integrity of registered investment accounts across the firm. This position is responsible for executing and troubleshooting transactions, ensuring compliance with CRA and regulatory requirements, and delivering timely, accurate support to Financial Advisors and internal partners.

What will your role be responsible for?

- The administration of a wide variety of tasks involving registered plans products. This will include, but not limited to, processing transactions in registered plans (RRSPs, RESPs, TFSAs, LIRAs and FHSAs);
- Processing of contributions, de-registrations, un-locking, withholding tax submissions, trustee
