On Track HVAC is actively hiring HVAC and Refrigeration Technicians for service and installation work across Nova Scotia. This role is ideal for technicians with experience in heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, gas systems, and mechanical troubleshooting who want steady work, strong support, and long-term career growth.

You’ll be working on a wide range of commercial, institutional, industrial, and residential HVAC systems, with opportunities to focus on service, installation, or a mix of both depending on your strengths.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, service, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues
- Perform preventive maintenance and warranty service
- Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls
- Complete service reports, diagnostics, and job documentation
- Ensure work complies with manufacturer specifications, codes, and OH&S; requirements
- Identify equipment issues and recommend solutions




- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Provide technical support or mentorship when required
- Represent the company professionally with customers and partners

Qualifications & Experience

- Gas Fitter A or B License (Bonus, Not Required )
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Required )
- Controls experience considered an asset
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Clear communication and strong customer service skills
