Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications per best practices
• Monitor patients’ condition and needs
• Participate in interdisciplinary care discussions
• Provide personal care in home and community settings
• Maintain accurate documentation for safety
Requirements:
• Graduate from a Practical Nursing program
• Current licensed status with BCCNM
• Valid certificates for First Aid, CPR, and Food Safety
• BC Driver's License and access to a vehicle
• Ability to build rapport and work independently
