Overview

The Supervisor reports to the General Manager and is accountable for taking initiative, being people-focused, and results-oriented. They lead teams in a busy, fast-paced environment with a passion for service and a strong desire to win, building relationships.

What You Will Do In This Role

- Oversee day-to-day management of the dining room as directed by the Franchise Owner and General Manager.
- Ensure the store operates to all "Benchmark Restaurant" standards, creating a Perfect Guest Experience every time.
- Continue to develop and coach associates.
- Oversee and ensure the Perfect Guest Experience.
- Support and implement Standards and Controls.
- Demonstrate behaviours consistent with Recipe's principles.

What We Are Looking For

- Previous Front of House Management experience.
- Potential to effectively run the front of house and lead all shifts to meet Brand standards.
- Hospitality Gene by creating connections, passion for People and service excellence.
- Driven and focused.
- Inspirational and motivational team player.
- Ability to work days, evenings,



weekends and holidays in a busy, fast-paced environment.
