• Direct planning and execution of civil infrastructure projects • Evaluate project requirements and ensure compliance • Mentor and supervise junior engineers and designers • Lead project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders • Conduct alternative analyses for project decisions

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with PE license • 10+ years of relevant engineering experience • Expert in design, budgeting, and client management • Robust leadership and communication abilities • Knowledgeable in regulatory policies and design codes
