RCESI is seeking an experienced Picker Truck Operator to support vital fabrication and construction activities. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in picker truck operation and a robust safety mindset. You will be responsible for operating equipment, maintaining tools, and coordinating with team members on active worksites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and logbook maintenance
• Perform maintenance and report equipment issues to the Supervisor
• Rig and signal lifting equipment for material installations




• Load and unload equipment while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with others to interpret drawings and assist in installations
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of picker truck experience
• Competent and confident in operating equipment safely
• Willingness to learn multidisciplinary tasks
• Ability to lift over 40lbs and work physically
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
