CarePartners is seeking dedicated Personal Support Workers to join its team for the eHomeCare Program in Ontario. Help provide essential home care to patients overnight and support their overall wellbeing.
This role involves working overnight from 11 PM to 7 AM, with specific patient care duties focusing on palliative and complex pediatric care. As a Personal Support Worker, you will utilize technology to communicate effectively with nurses, ensuring quality support for patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Care for patients in the comfort of their homes
• Engage in direct, ongoing communication with nursing staff
• Assist patients with activities of daily living
• Document patient interactions and care plans




• Maintain a safe and healthy workplace for patients
Requirements:
• Valid PSW certificate, or equivalent qualification in healthcare
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
• Successful background check for vulnerable sector
