In doing so, the Director, Direct Services demonstrates a deep understanding of and responsibility for actively promoting quality services; supporting clientand family centered engagement and care; and creating awareness of, and commitment to, the need for transformative changes to the CMHA Ottawa approach to models of care and organizational performance. or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience: Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in a leadership role in the health care or social services fields related to the provision of services to individuals with a reliable mental illness, preferably in a community setting, or a combination of equivalent education and experience. Experience managing multiple large-scale concurrent projects. Experience leading and successfully executing change management processes.Language: English essential.
