Prairie Valley School Division is accepting applications for Substitute Teachers . Our staff deliver educational services to over 8,000 students in 39 schools in 32 communities. While we are seeking substitute teachers for all locations throughout the school division, applications for this posting are specific to the following schools: Dr. Isman Elementary, Indian Head Elementary, Indian Head High, James Hamblin, Lajord Colony, McLean, Milestone, Montmartre, Sedley, Vibank Regional, Wolseley High. All schools are located within approximately 1.5 hours driving time from Regina.

Salary

In accordance with the current LINC Agreement, substitute teachers shall be paid a daily rate of Step 1 of the teachers classification on the Provincial Collective Bargaining Agreement Salary Schedule. For the 2026‑27 school year, the full time daily rates are as follows:

- Class IV - $351.65
- Class V - $371.31
- Class VI - $395.29

Qualifications





The successful candidates must possess a Bachelor of Education degree and a valid Saskatchewanteachers certificate.
