Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Calgary, AB, with opportunities for remote work. As a Game Producer, you will oversee the production and development process of our game title, aligning teams to meet project goals and timelines. Core responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication channels, and addressing risks to meet successful project delivery. You will also collaborate with designers,



programmers, and artists to ensure alignment with creative vision and technical requirements.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with Unity and HDRP pipelines
- Proven Team Management and Project Management experience, including effective leadership, task prioritization, and deadline management.
- Experience with console production and knowledge of game development workflows for different platforms.
- Understanding of Game Design principles, including gameplay mechanics and player experience design.
- Adaptability to hybrid work environments and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Agile or similar project management methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- A passion for video games and a commitment to delivering high-quality content that resonates with players.
