Our Workday partner is looking for a Workday Time Tracking and Absence Senior Associate to join their consulting team. This is a client facing role for someone with robust Time and Absence experience who is not yet Workday certified and wants to complete certifications while building consulting delivery skills. Payroll exposure from the client side is a plus.Role summaryFocus on Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management delivery and supportGather requirements with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholdersSupport configuration, testing, and user adoption activitiesSupport reporting and integrations requirements linked to Time and AbsenceKey responsibilitiesDocument Time Tracking and Absence requirements and end to end impactsSupport configuration of Workday Time and Absence and related business processesSupport testing (scripts, execution, defect triage, configuration fixes)Deliver workshops, training,
and knowledge transfer to HR and super usersSupport functional documentation for reports and integrations tied to Time and AbsenceRequired experience and skillsExperience in HRIS, HCM, or Workforce Management, focused on time, attendance, or absenceWorkday Time Tracking and Absence experienceExperience supporting implementations or post go live supportStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and problem solving skillsMotivated to complete Workday certifications (partner supported)Nice to haveClient side payroll exposure (time to payroll validation, pay rules, audits)Reporting exposure (UAT support, validations, basic specs)Integrations exposure (requirements support, file based interfaces)Work model and compensationHybrid (set by hiring team and client needs)Base salary up to $100,000 CADWorkday certification support and structured development path
