As a front-line worker, you’ll build positive relationships with youth, families, and the community. This role requires a Class 5 license and availability in Parksville as needed.Key Responsibilities- Plan, lead, and evaluate fun, safe, and age-appropriate activities aligned with Club policies, mission, and vision- Foster positive and healthy relationships among youth participants- Address youth issues, incidents, or crises, providing support and reporting to the Youth Programs Manager or relevant agencies as needed- Ensure safe use and maintenance of program equipment and facilities, including van/bus inspections for participant transport- Maintain accurate program records (attendance, activity logs,
